not dishwasher safe, to clean please wipe with a damp cloth or soft sponge and leave to dry in the shade.
keep out of direct sunlight, heat and humidity. these can cause the wood to change colour, expand and crack.
with continued use, the wax finish will naturally wear over time and the wood will loose some lustre. to keep the wood looking its best, apply a food safe wax or oil and leave to dry.
